【Job Description】

• General administration:
Mail/package handling, customs/express shipments, travel and accommodation bookings, business card orders, access control/badge/seat changes, and onboarding/offboarding admin support.
• Vendors & contracts:
Sourcing, RFQ/negotiation; maintain service contracts (maintenance/cleaning/water/internet, etc.) with renewal reminders; track work orders for progress and quality.
• Space & facilities management:
Manage meeting rooms and common areas, plan seating/storage, conduct equipment inspections, and communicate with building management/landlord.
• Purchasing & inventory:
Procure office supplies (stationery, cleaning, snacks/beverages), handle receiving and stock counts, control costs, and maintain purchase ledgers and price-comparison records.
• Maintain daily office operations:
Cleaning, minor repairs, and consumables replacement (e.g., office cleaning); uphold 5S and cleanliness.
• Documents & petty cash:
Invoice and payment reconciliation, petty-cash and expense consolidation, and creation of simple forms.
• Aesthetics support:
Apply basic sense of aesthetics to office decoration, signage/posters, slide templates, and small-item curation/purchasing.
• Ad-hoc tasks:
Proactively assist teammates and handle urgent requests; problem-solve with flexibility, follow through to completion, and improve overall office efficiency and employee experience.
