Solution PM builds and maintains strategic and effective relationships with domestic and/or international customers. This position creates, grows and enhances solution business through solution integrators and channel partners while expanding our market share. This role collaborates internally with the sales, operation, and management teams to provide the solution/product support services to external customers. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
