JOB PURPOSE
Provide technical support to the customers on all application/engineering issues, work closely with the sales team
to penetrate the markets and explore new applications for Chomerics products, develops necessary tools and training material, conducts training seminars, and assists in application engineering of Chomerics when required.
Responsibilities:
Provides application engineering support for Thermal Interface and EMI Shielding
products.
Provides off-site or on-site technical assistance to customers.
Coordinates activities with Inside Sales Rep’s, Field Sales and manufacturing
team.
Support the Inside Sales on customers incoming technical and applications
inquires (via email/phone/fax).
Performs and manages Applications related projects for key customers to support
the business growth.
Work with Sales Manager, potential customer and R&D engineer on New Product
Development, assist in communicating with customer, collecting feedback and
solving any potential application issues.
Develops and implements annual SOP’s (Standards of Performance).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred.
+5 years engineering experience.
Mechanical (structural) or Electrical design experience in electronic,
telecommunication, automotive and difference industries.
EMI and Thermal material application experience
Experience in dispensing system of Thermal Gel and Form-In-Place gasket and its
operation is added advantage.
Familiar with Automotive and Defense Standard & Requirements.
Project Management skills and experience with Project Management tools like SAP,
IMS, Microsoft Office.
Hand on Experience & knowledge in plastic injection molding, diecasting, CNC
machining, and rapid prototyping technologies.
Immense knowledge and experience in Product Development Cycle and Process
from conceptual to MP.
Product design and development skills, Proficient in operating Engineering CAD
software like Auto CAD, Pro-E/CREO, SolidWorks, CATIA.
Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English
communication skills.

Requirements & Qualifications 任職資格

1. Process and reconcile AR transactions, including invoice issuance, customer credit management, and aging analysis.
2. Process and reconcile invoices and payments on a timely basis with the Accounts Receivable module balancing at end-of-month.
3. Ensure VAT compliance and handle bi-monthly VAT filing.
4. Partner with sales for credit assessments and collection management.
5. Assist with external and internal audits, and help to ensure data integrity through maintaining a robust system of internal controls.
6. In charge of process/system enhancement projects related to SAP ERP system, Cylinder Management System and other internal systems.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
Economy: a mature lubricants market on a declining trend for some segments and a declining CAGR. Under fierce competitiveness, this position is in charge of growing IO sales businesses in a matured market. Efforts should be driven towards distributor management and business development on identified IO segments to enhance volume and improvement of unit GMVC.
• Competition: 8 major international lubricants manufacturers, at least 40 other local lubricants manufacturers
• Effort should be driven towards increase on customer numbers and product mix upsell of premium products to enhance volume and improve unit GMVC, in close partnership with Technical for prospect and leads conversion.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Contributes and drives to achieve TEMT IO Sales revenue growth in terms of volume and unit GMVC
• To build and maintain strong customer relationships
• To identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and prices and to analyze market trends to drive growth in the industrial oil/lubricants sector
