This position is for a Senior Operations Specialist located in Japan, responsible for supporting operational execution and client coordination in the Japan market. The role requires strong language skills and hands-on experience in logistics, SAP, and demand fulfillment to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations with Japanese clients.
• Act as the primary operations contact for Japanese clients.
• Manage order processing, demand fulfillment, and shipment coordination.
• Operate and maintain SAP/ Dynamics 365 BC transactions related to logistics and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Support import/export documentation and compliance processes.
• Provide real-time communication and cultural alignment with local clients.
• General affairs management & office facility management.
