Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

1. Manage project schedules to ensure each project aligns with the planned timeline.

Support for the following tasks may be required based on departmental operational needs:
4. Quoting – RFQ entry, collecting prices information and preparing quotation.
5. Order Process Control & Management – order entry, order verification for the stock availability; to organize the shipping schedule and manage the control table; customer service support; collaborating with the sales team in Asia and supporting.
6. Other Administration Supporting Function.
7. Importing & Exporting Logistics Process – customs declaration process, exporting document preparation, shipping notification to customers & control table maintenance, payment requisition process and procedures.
