The right fit for this role will own maintaining and evolving a business model geared to capture and grow sales in conjunction with other sales leaders, be responsible for the execution of a team of Used Car Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales metrics (Advisors’ response times to inquiries, gross sales, reducing cancellations, customer experience survey results, etc)
- Collaborate with other used car team business leaders to achieve industry leading customer loyalty results
- Work cross-functionality with the other organizations within Tesla (retail stores, field delivery, document, trade-in, auto finance teams) to best establish workflows and ensure these workflows are the best available
- Participate in testing of new, updated and innovative processes
- Partner closely with the delivery team lead for used vehicles to optimize the end-to-end customer journey from order to delivery day
- Communicate data-based performance metrics in team meetings and as needed by the business
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations as needed
