We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) experienced in managing large-scale electrical and mechanical (E&M) infrastructure delivery from EFO builds, base build integration, to system commissioning within colocation and hyper scale environments. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary programs across engineering, construction, procurement, and operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of data center infrastructure projects. You’ll drive alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners, while establishing scalable processes and performance metrics for GMI Cloud’s fast-growing deployment portfolio Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects, including EFO (Electrical Fit-Out), base building integration, power distribution, cooling systems, and system commissioning. Partner with colocation providers, design consultants, and construction contractors to ensure project execution meets GMI’s design standards, safety, quality, and reliability requirements. 【我們是誰】 InvosData 是台灣最大的消費數據平台，掌握 900+ 萬用戶 與 50+ 億筆消費記錄。我們正在解決行銷產業的核心痛點：過去品牌只能追蹤線上成效，對線下消費行為一無所知。透過我們的數據技術，品牌首次能夠完整追蹤從線上廣告到線下購買的完整消費者旅程，真正實現全通路銷售優化。 // 這個職位在做什麼 // 你將負責 InvosData 的命脈 Insight 產品線，洞察台灣消費資料並打造全台最完整的消費資料庫，並且間接影響海量品牌的行銷決策與數億元的廣告投資效率。這不是傳統的產品經理角色 - 你需要處理複雜的交易數據並與 AI 合作出可付諸商業應用的數據解決方案。 // 你的日常工作包括// ．產品落地規劃：依照公司3~5年策略方向，以及年度、季度產品路線圖，制定每個階段的詳細執行計畫與交付時程 ．需求精細化拆解：將路線圖中的產品目標轉化為具體的功能需求、技術規格與用戶故事 ．Sprint 執行管理：帶領跨職能團隊，確保每個 Sprint 按時高質量交付 ．開發流程優化：建立高效的需求澄清、設計評審、開發測試流程，確保交付品質與效率 ．交付成果驗收：制定驗收標準，跟進測試與上線流程，確保產品功能符合預期效果 // 我們需要的人 // 【必備條件】 ．5+ 年產品管理經驗，其中至少 2 年獨立負責 B2B SaaS、DataTech 產品 ．DataTech 領域背景：熟悉數據的商業價值與在商業場域的應用，並能將這商業需求轉化為可應用的數據架構 ．技術架構理解：具備基本前後端技術概念，理解 RESTful API、資料庫設計、前端框架運作原理和 AI 模型訓練運作原理，能與工程師進行深度技術討論與方案評估 ．敏捷開發經驗：熟悉 Scrum/Kanban，能有效管理 Sprint 並推動跨團隊協作 ．執行規劃與落地能力：能依照產品路線圖制定詳細執行計畫，將大目標拆解為可交付的具體任務 ．客戶導向思維：能從客戶使用場景出發，設計直觀易用的產品體驗 【加分條件】 ．曾在 MarTech、AdTech、數據分析、CRM/CDP、零售科技或電商技術公司工作 ．具備數據分析背景，熟悉 Python/R 或進階 BI 工具 ．熟悉現代前端框架（React/Vue）與後端微服務架構設計概念 ．理解雲端服務（AWS/GCP）與容器化部署流程 ．有管理技術團隊或帶領跨部門專案的經驗 ．對機器學習在數據場景的應用有深度理解 準備好與我們一起重新定義台灣的數位行銷了嗎？
