• Relative 5+ years of working experience in the hardware test or design quality test field.
• Proficiency in using a multimeter, oscilloscope, thermal chamber, and power supply, DOE (Design of Experiments), RMA failure analysis and tracking, and EMC compliance.
• Set standards for ORT (On-going reliability test) labs regarding temperature, thermal, reliability, ESD, surge, etc.
• Understanding of UL, IEC60034, ISO/TS16949 standards.
• Proficiency in MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Enjoy analyzing product’s weaknesses from a user’s perspective. Love to try and play with new technology and learn the ropes to be the lead test engineer.
• Develops and implements standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields, such as chemical, computer, electrical, or mechanical.
• Devises sampling procedures, and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Establishes a program to evaluate analytical testing, equipment, facilities, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Compiles and writes training material and may conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
• Supports all organizational initiatives including Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.

• Engineering knowledge.
• Mechanical manufacturing methods, procedures and quality.

• Basic programming logic and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with quality tool and troubleshooting skill (8D, 5W, 5M1E, Fishbone…)
• Coordinate customer inquiry/complaint investigation with internal cross function team and communication with customer.
