職位名稱:消防安全經理 工作內容: • 擔任消防安全負責人,制定並推動消防安全計畫。 • 規劃、訓練並執行全體員工在物流中心(FC)發生緊急狀況時的應變措施。 • 定期監控與自我檢查消防設備,並規劃維護時程,確保設備正常運作。 • 確保遵循政府相關法規(如建築、消防、安全、合作夥伴等)及 Coupang 內部規範,以達成物流中心的營運目標。 • 在專案執行過程中辨識、評估並處理潛在風險,並在問題發生時主導排解。 資格條件: • 消防安全、消防科學或相關領域之學士學位,碩士學位尤佳。 • 至少 7 年以上消防安全相關經驗,具企業、工業或主管機關背景者尤佳。 • 熟悉消防安全法規、標準與最佳實務。 • 具備成功推動與管理消防預防計畫的經驗,能在國家或區域層級持續優化並達成具體成果。 • 優異的溝通與人際互動能力,能與組織各層級有效協作與影響決策。
