【職責任務】
1. Execute tactical and strategic consultative oversea sales account plans for existing and new clients in order to achieve the revenue targets (quota).
2. Travel as necessary to maintain a presence with customers, enhance relationship opportunities, attend trade shows, and visit client facilities on a consistent timetable or schedule.

Responsibilities
1.Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager to achieve ROI and conversion targets.
2.Develop advertising strategies based on market trends, product features, and target audiences.
3.Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, retention rate, etc.) and adjust campaigns in a timely manner.
4.Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and operations teams to test different creatives, headlines, and audience targeting to improve performance.
5.Research TikTok platform updates and competitor strategies, and provide optimization suggestions.
6.Prepare regular performance reports, review campaign results, and optimize cost structure.

1. Working with Customer Development team, Engineer and factory sample room technical team to develop the product to meet Design Requirement within the co-operate timeline.
2. Daily communication with Customer and factory team to ensure product meets design requirement in aesthetic by obtaining the approval.
3. Partner with engineering team to maintain the high quality of product.
4. Meet the co-operate timeline thru sample schedule follow up to production, report on the timely basis.
5. Supporting and getting sample approval at different stage of sampling based on the product information from customer and engineers throughout the development to commercialization process. (e.g. confirmation samples)
6. Follow up the production schedule; work with planning team to ensure ship the finished goods on time.
7. Maintaining information accuracy, sharing information between cross functions for ensuring the product correctness.
8. Updating system to status report is a must.
