The Role
At Inline, the primary responsibility of the Data Manager, Business Operations is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Success Management team by means of analysis and process optimization, with a focus on customer maintenance and retention.
To succeed at Inline, you must possess traits such as being highly organized, having a strategic mindset, being results-driven with a strong emphasis on quantitative outcomes, being adept at analysis, and the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership and planning skills within a rapidly evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, Finance, and more. This role is central to the long-term development of our customer success management team and restaurant organization in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate closely with senior management and leaders across different countries to align market strategies with quarterly and annual company objectives.
- Gain insights into market realities to develop team targets that are both feasible.
2. Data Analysis and Forecasting
- Utilize data analysis and client trend assessment to identify potential customer and sales opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to provide accurate revenue forecasts.
3. Performance Targets and Bonus Structure
- Set clear and attainable team targets that drive growth and revenue in accordance with company objectives.
- Design a comprehensive bonus structure that incentivizes high performance.
- Develop performance tracking reports that enable managers to effectively monitor pipelines and provide teams with insights into their performance progress.
4. Process Optimization and Automation Tool Development
- Optimize existing processes while being able to construct new workflows, define prioritization for optimization, and clearly identify which process improvements will yield enhanced sales efficiency.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing automated tools, ensuring the end-to-end process remains seamless and refined.
5. Project Management
- Facilitate collaborations with cross-functional teams including revenue, finance, CSM, product, and global teams to ensure project success.

- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operation team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
