Job Purpose -------------- * Work with TW Customers and JP indent customers, Sales, RD & TS, and Supply plants to ensure TW local & export, JP indent orders be proceeded in efficient and effective. * Manage forwarders’ quotation and performance to ensure TW export orders be supplied with cost effective way to satisfy international customers’ needs. * Support NEAV (TW, JP, KR & VN), Polyurethanes business, as well as TW 3 plants export order to total 18 export countries with high OTIF & customers satisfaction performance. * Work with NEAV S&OP to support NEAV inventory management to minimize working capital, to achieve quarterly stock targets * Support SC in NEAV SC new projects (Order automation, TMS, E2E, SAP Hana S4, provide order solution for business new request..) * Adapt to SC job rotation, play active support & back up role to NEAV SC members to ensure NEAV business be conducted smoothly via SC support. * Make sure all behaviors comply with company EHS & Compliance policies. Principal Accountabilities ---------------------------- 1. Actively manage sales forecast, stock and orders, work closely with supply plants and production planner, carefully control stock to fulfill order requirement. 2. Support sales team in business development, collect and maintain customer agreements in whatever form they may take. This includes customer master data, outline agreements, prices, customers’ special requirement in the business information systems. 3. Actively manage customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved without delay and remain aware of the problem solving process at any point in time to ensure that the customer is kept informed of progress. 4. Actively monitor order progress and keep customer fully informed of any changes from the original promise. Closely communicate with supply plants and well handle any unexpected situation once happened. 5. Identify the delivery and documentation required from customers. Forward the information to logistics function for timely preparation and dispatch of the delivery. 6. Actively manage product return, ensure they are proceeded in line with company process, work with sales, customer, shipping line, customs, Q.C. and logistics functions, monitor the progress and solve it without delay. 7. Actively act as first line in SAP order processing, ensure the order and documentation be conducted without delay. Work out SAP solution with CCC team for special order scenarios or tickets. 8. Follow up-dated control process to comply with company EHS, Product-EHS, ITC, and SOX requirement to prevent any reportable or lost-time accident. 9. Maintain good relationship with customers to aid smoothing supply chain constraints. 10. Support logistics cost & stock management to achieve quarterly & yearly targets. 11. Support NEAV SC new projects.

Responsible for handling customer quality complaints, act as a liaison with other company departments worldwide and interface with OEM factories regarding quality aspects Provide 8D report to Asian customers, evaluate corrective actions for all complaints and assure all of actions are well followed in production process. On specific projects, work closely with PM teams to launch of new products. Such activity would include process check, DFMEA/PFMEA, Q-flow chart check and first-article inspection. Evaluates the supplier processes and process controls to ensure product quality and reliability is compliant. Develops supplier capability with conducting continuous improvement actions. ESG: • Establish and maintain the ESG roadmap of the site. • Be a coordinator of site energy saving monitoring. • Cross-department meetings/integration about site environment protection issue and alignments. 5. The cylinder is classified according to safe storage practices. It can prevent space waste caused by too much cylinder stock in the warehouse or customer shortage due to insufficient supply. 2. Finished goods preparation is according to the first-in, first-out principle before shipping to the customer. 3. Cooperate with the friend's plant to allocate the cylinders and maintain an efficient cylinder turnover rate. 4. Finished goods inspection before shipping to the customer to ensure cylinder quality and meet customer demand. 5. The appearance of the full cylinders is cleaned and packaged before outgoing. 6. Unload process of imported cylinders. 7. Load process of return residual cylinders. 8. Preparation of residual cylinders before moving into production. 9. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who plays a critical role in linking R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing and Quality. The UV-curable products represent a critical technology platform within Covestro's CA (Coating & Adhesive) portfolio, enabling advanced manufacturing processes across multiple high-tech industries. The TPM owns the UVR portfolio from a technical(recipe/performance) point of view and as such plays an integral role in: • The decision to start a product development. • Introducing new raw materials or vendors. • Upscaling new products in production. • Monitoring and managing our process capability, product performance, including specs. • Agreeing to material performance metrics with customers. • Knowledge Management of UVR (UV-curable resin) products across the organization including Tolling. • Addressing and follow-up of technical quality complaints. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Accountable for product formulations and specifications for global UVR product line. 2. Drive the optimization and harmonization of product quality (specified and performance values) for UVR products, globally (FMEA, QRA). 3. Drive technical validation & qualification of Monomer sourcing / partnerships. 4. As primary global contact, evaluate and decide upon specifications (properties and ranges) from a product or customer perspective, according to specification process. 5. Be part of MoC processes in production and in R&D that might affect product quality or registration (eg. scaleups, transfer of production, recipe changes, rework); evaluate impact on product and advise according to role in given process descriptions. 6. Support development and implementation of global product strategy for UVR, focusing on product design and product portfolio performance management. 7. Drive profitability and sustainability of UVR portfolio through proactive quality and regulatory risk mitigation, detox efforts, and value proposition improvements. 8. Drive complaint investigation related to product composition, specification, or manufacturing related complaints. 9. Technical support of existing or future UVR Tolling activities.
