[The Role]
We are looking for skilled and experienced engineers to provide technical development and trouble shooting for the software products. The main goal is to do as the first tier to quick response and ensure the software runs smoothly in the field.
We also will work closely with our product engineering team, understand and resolve some special requests of the product to keep great customer satisfaction.
[The Job]
We’re primarily will do the following works,
•Develop customized modules or plugins for the product
•Identify issues by reviewing the system logs or changing the software settings/configurations if necessary
•Investigate or handle unexpected problems in the production environment
•Collaborate with product development team to identify or addressing the technical challenges
Survey and provide professional feedback to the product development team.
You could be involved with the web service, microservice, AI, cloud infrastructure,..etc, these different domain knowledge.

•Work with an international team to do meetings and troubleshooting.
•Survey and learn any new technologies to help trouble shooting.
•Survey and learn any new technologies to support product installation, upgrade to various platforms.

1. Develop overall brand marketing strategies and annual plans to establish brand value and market positioning.

Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary leader with top-tier expertise in Artificial Intelligence and a proven track record in smart manufacturing implementation. In this role, you will lead the development of a data-driven intelligent manufacturing decision platform focused on MicroLED process optimization, production efficiency, yield maximization, and automated quality assurance. You will be responsible for the strategic planning of AI technology integration, cross-functional collaboration, advanced model development and deployment, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI innovations that significantly enhance manufacturing performance and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Formulate AI strategies and roadmaps for MicroLED smart manufacturing, driving cutting-edge research, project planning, and prioritization.
2.Lead and develop a multidisciplinary AI team, including data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and software developers.
3.Perform in-depth analysis and mining of complex production data (e.g., equipment logs, sensor data, SPC, MES systems) to uncover deep insights and correlations.
4.Spearhead the development and optimization of advanced machine learning and deep learning models for defect detection, automated quality control, anomaly prediction, and root cause analysis.
5.Drive intelligent process optimization for key manufacturing steps (e.g., mass transfer) using advanced algorithms such as reinforcement learning to achieve dynamic parameter tuning and breakthrough efficiency gains.
6.Explore and implement applications of large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs) for yield analysis, process knowledge extraction, and decision-making support.
7.Plan and implement efficient MLOps systems and lifecycle management for AI models.
8.Build internal AI capabilities and promote cross-functional AI thinking through education and training initiatives.
9.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, equipment, IT, and quality departments to ensure successful deployment and realization of AI solutions on the production floor.

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our company. He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product lifecycles, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement and obsolescence. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful product management in terms of performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate possesses a level of understanding of product management principles, analytical skills and open minded communication skills.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
-Responsible for driving all sustaining activities for active, released products throughout their life cycles. This includes product change management, life cycle planning and ultimately end-of-life (EOL) planning.
-Point of contact for Product Marketing, Product Engineering (PE), Finance, Supply Chain Management(SCM) and Quality(Q) for all product management related activities.
-Work with Product Engineering and Supply Chain Management for product change management and notification to ensure the product competitiveness and healthy.
-Work with Product Marketing on product obsolescence and EOL analysis. Lead decision making process and execute EOL process.
-Manage the risk of on time product delivery for specialty customers throughout the supply chain and risk mitigation plan based on backlog and forecast.
-Act as coordinator in the resolution of technical issues affecting production and drive the generation of diligent action plans with clear schedule, allowing supply chain to estimate accurately re-schedule dates to communicate to customer service team.
-Generate and maintain product datasheets for assigned portfolio. This includes working with support teams providing source data for generating the document (characterization team, product engineering team, mechanical drafting team etc.)
1.Lead project post-silicon stage and communicate with customer in TW/JP/US/EU/CN.
2.Coordinate with PM, product, testing, packaging, reliability and backend team during prototyping and production stages for achieving delivery target.
3.Support Sales/CS to be a good bridge between customer requirements and ASIC manufacturing supports.
4.Wafer Process, WAT, CP, Assembly, FT, BI, RA and SLT monitoring, yield analysis, maintenance, and improvement.
