We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, expand our market presence across APAC, and consistently deliver revenue targets. This role will own sales strategy, manage key regional accounts, and build strong client relationships to maximize growth opportunities.
|Key Responsibilities|
▸ New Business Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and strategic partners across APAC, building a strong sales pipeline and achieving regional revenue targets.
▸ Sales Strategy & Proposals
Develop compelling, tailored proposals and pitch strategies that align with client objectives, negotiate contracts, and close deals that deliver measurable commercial impact.
▸ Account & Relationship Management
Manage and grow key regional accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and upsell opportunities. Set and monitor KPIs to track account performance and revenue contribution.
▸ Go-to-Market & Campaign Support
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to execute campaigns, events, and initiatives that support client acquisition and revenue growth.
▸ Market & Business Insight
Leverage deep understanding of APAC markets, digital trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, inform sales strategy, and deliver business value to clients.
▸ Leadership & Collaboration
Lead internal and cross-functional teams to align on client strategy and sales initiatives, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful deal execution.
|Qualifications|
▸ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
▸ 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital/Media sectors.
▸ Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and closing multi-country deals.
▸ Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and building strong client relationships.
▸ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
▸ Globally minded with experience working across multicultural environments.
▸ Strong analytical, project management, and commercial acumen.
▸ Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
