1、 負責CAE軟體熱流相關的模擬分析 2、 軟體技術售前及售後服務 3、 支援教育訓練與研討會 4、 熱流相關工程專案執行 5、 擅長Ansys Fluent、CFX、Icepak或其他CAE分析軟體 6、 工作相關的其他交辦事項

Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute CFD simulation projects, including airflow, heat transfer, multiphase flow, turbulence, and contamination dispersion applications. 2. Plan and validate simulations for environment pollution in time and space domain, contamination source tracing, HVAC systems, and particle behavior. 3. Communicate directly with clients on-site to clarify technical background, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery. 4. Coordinate internal resources (analysis team, R&D, sales, etc.) to integrate/correlate workflows and manage project schedule and quality. 5. Prepare technical reports and presentations; provide design optimization and engineering improvement recommendations based on simulation results. 6. Promote simulation automation, knowledge base development, and internal team skill enhancement. Short-term goal: Leverage the above competencies to complete ongoing projects with the team. Long-term goal: Develop a digital-physical integrated solution for contamination control and monitoring systems. 【工作職責】 1.主導並執行 CFD 模擬專案，應用領域包括氣流、熱傳導、兩相流、湍流與污染物擴散等。 2.規劃並驗證針對環境污染之時空模擬（Time & Space Domain）、污染源追蹤、HVAC 系統與粒子行為之模擬案例。 3.現場與客戶直接溝通，釐清技術需求、界定專案範疇，確保專案順利交付。 4.協調內部資源（分析團隊、研發、業務等），整合與對應跨部門流程，確保專案進度與品質。 5.撰寫技術報告與簡報，依據模擬結果提出設計優化與工程改進建議。 6.推動模擬流程自動化、建立內部知識庫，並促進團隊技術成長。 #短期目標：運用上述能力與團隊協作，完成現有模擬與應用專案。 #長期目標：開發整合數位與實體的污染控制與監測系統解決方案。 Requirements: • Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Aerospace, Environmental Engineering, or related fields • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in CFD simulation (proficient in ANSYS Fluent or equivalent commercial simulation tools) • Understanding of cleanroom systems, HVAC, contamination control, and particle tracking methodologies • Proficient in turbulence model selection, boundary condition setup, convergence judgment, and mesh validation • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience; able to independently lead and deliver projects with team responsibility • Strong technical communication skills including on-site interviews, requirement analysis, and presentation delivery 【任職資格】 • 機械工程、化學工程、能源工程、航空航太、環境工程或相關領域之碩士學位（含）以上。 • 五年以上 CFD 實務經驗，熟練 ANSYS Fluent 或同等級商用模擬工具。 • 具備無塵室系統、HVAC 空調設計、污染控制及粒子追蹤等模擬知識。 • 熟悉湍流模型選擇、邊界條件設定、數值收斂與網格品質驗證。 • 具跨部門合作實績，能獨立帶領並完成具團隊責任的專案。 • 具備優秀技術溝通能力，包含現場訪談、需求釐清與成果簡報。

工作內容： 1. Develop and design new thermal technology for portable/wearable devices and server, including novel material vapor chamber. 2. Plan and setup a new production line for novel thermal solution. 3. Collaborate with RD team to execute engineering builds from EVT to PVT, report thermal/mechanical/reliability features to JDM or clients.
