1. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
2. Perform instrument operation demonstrations and provide technical explanations to customers.
3. Familiar with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments.
4. Hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation operation and maintenance.
5. On-site service experience in steel plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities is a
strong plus.
6. Conduct customer visits to establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
7. Communicate with overseas engineers and technicians in English to discuss equipment status and technical issues.

*Lead in Key Account strategies and all customers in assigned territory.
*Support sales outside of territory for multi plant and multinational companies.
*Monitor and report all customer and competitive data.
*Management the sales order process - working in conjunction with customer service, product planning and inventory management personnel.
