1. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
2. Perform instrument operation demonstrations and provide technical explanations to customers.
3. Familiar with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments.
4. Hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation operation and maintenance.
5. On-site service experience in steel plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities is a
strong plus.
6. Conduct customer visits to establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
7. Communicate with overseas engineers and technicians in English to discuss equipment status and technical issues.
1.Present and sell switch products and services to current and potential customers.
2.Conduct required market survey and marketing plan to support sales growth.
3.Develop and manage the distribution network, including overseeing and enhancing
distribution channel performance.
4.Penetrate target accounts for standard products and project selling.
5.Lead/ do necessary communication between ITW and customer for custom projects from initial phase to production phase.
6.Help to communicate quality requirements / issues and keep customer quality complaint less than target.
7.Driving new products development plan.
8.Projects management.
9.Others as assigned by upper management.
10.Need to travel on business in Asia.
