The purpose of the part-time trial period is to give both you and us a better understanding of how we work together. If we feel you're a good fit after this period, we will invite you to join us as a full-time employee. The trial period typically lasts about 1–2 months.
During the part-time period, we hope you can commit around 10 hours per week. However, this is flexible and negotiable. You will be compensated on an hourly basis. The standard rate is between 2,000 and 3,000 JPY/hour, but it may be higher depending on your skills.
As a full-time employee, you can choose whether to work from Japan or remotely. If you wish to work in Japan but do not currently have a work visa, you can begin working remotely from your current location while we assist you in applying for a visa.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our technology team. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal systems that integrate with and support our core KTP platform. You will not only be hands-on with development but will also lead and mentor a small team of 2-3 developers. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and scalability of our client's internal systems, particularly in the fast-paced securities and derivatives banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET, and database development, with a proven ability to lead projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and Mentor: Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance, technical leadership, and code reviews.
• System Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable internal applications using C# and .NET.
• Database Management: Work extensively with Oracle DB, developing and optimizing PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and packages to support business requirements.
• Data Integration & Reporting: Build data integrations and ETL processes to connect various systems. Develop custom reports and dashboards, potentially using tools like PowerBI.
• Technical Design: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and support.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- API Integration – Strong understanding of consuming RESTful APIs、WebSocket、Server-Sent Events,and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Testing & Quality – Proficient in frontend testing using Jest、React Testing Library,and comfortable writing maintainable and scalable component code.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real-time rendering and streaming (WebSockets、SSE).
