⚫ Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise application platforms that support comprehensive business workflows, including supply and demand planning, order management, inventory control, financial reconciliation, compliance with business conduct rules, local payroll, and employee digital tools.
⚫ Spearhead the transition from legacy core systems—including AS400 DMS, OMS, IMS, and RMS—to modern, scalable solutions that align with the company's growth strategy.
⚫ Fully responsible for end-to-end development of enterprise application services, in collaboration with commercial shopping and digital service teams. This includes system architecture, software development, reliability engineering, and automated testing frameworks.
⚫ Manage development resources to efficiently handle service requests, ensuring adherence to technology service levels and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Provide technical consulting and integration development support to other technology teams.
⚫ Oversee team management responsibilities such as setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, identifying talent needs, and coaching team members for growth and development.
⚫ Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for enterprise-facing platforms.
⚫ Supervise project teams, ensuring effective management of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
⚫ Promote cross-functional collaboration with technology and business stakeholders to maximize impact and results.
⚫ Lead efforts to deeply understand platform business and technical characteristics, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions using innovative thinking and industry best practices.
⚫ Design and implement monitoring mechanisms for key business and technical performance indicators, proactively addressing issues to ensure platform reliability and stability.

As the Insights & Analytics Manager, you will be the owner of Aiello’s data insight capability — shaping how the company transforms data into strategic intelligence that drives decisions, innovation, and growth. You will lead the full insight process — from defining the right methodologies and ensuring reliable data flow (including ETL oversight), to uncovering patterns that reveal how both our hotel partners and their guests interact with Aiello’s AI solutions.
Your role goes beyond reporting numbers — you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence product direction, marketing strategies, and executive decisions. By connecting hotel operations with guest behavior through data, you’ll help Aiello continuously refine its products, deliver measurable ROI, and strengthen our leadership in the hospitality AI space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end data insight process, defining methodologies, overseeing ETL pipelines, and ensuring data quality and reliability.
2. Design and maintain standardized dashboards and report templates, enabling consistent and efficient insight reporting across teams.
3. Perform in-depth data analysis and ad-hoc research to generate actionable insights that drive product optimization and marketing effectiveness.
4. Measure the business impact of key initiatives and track performance metrics to ensure insights translate into tangible results.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to collect, interpret, and visualize data for better business decisions.
6. Leverage product usage and customer data to demonstrate ROI, highlight success stories, and uncover new business opportunities.
7. Translate complex analyses into clear narratives, presenting key findings and strategic recommendations through reports and presentations.

1. 深入了解客戶需求:與跨國零售業客戶密切溝通,全面掌握其業務流程、需求和目標,確保我們的智慧物流解決方案能夠契合客戶需求。
2. 專案規劃與執行:制定詳細的專案計畫,包括時程安排、資源分配和里程碑設定,並確保專案如期、如質完成。
3. 跨團隊協調:與客戶方的IT團隊和營運團隊、內部的開發團隊、技術支援團隊以及三方物流合作夥伴緊密合作,確保專案順利進行。
4. 解決方案導入:協助客戶順利導入我們的智慧物流解決方案,包括系統整合、流程優化等工作。
5. 客戶關係維護:建立並維護良好的客戶關係,回應客戶需求和疑慮。
Who you are...
1. 具備 2 年以上的專案管理經驗,特別是在物流、供應鏈或零售業領域。
2. 深入了解物流或供應鏈管理,熟悉零售業的業務流程和痛點。
3. 具備優秀的溝通和協調能力,能夠有效地與不同層級的相關人員互動。
4. 流利的中英文溝通能力,其他語言能力將是額外加分。
