We are looking for a skilled **Embedded Systems Engineer** with a strong background in system integration, device interfacing, and image processing optimization. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain embedded firmware/software for ARM-based platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, NXP, Qualcomm.)
* Integrate peripheral devices such as thermal/RGB cameras, motors (UART, I²C, SPI, CAN), GPS, IMU, and encoders
* Design and implement real-time image enhancement algorithms (noise reduction, sharpening, gamma, CLAHE, etc.)
* Optimize video pipelines for performance and low latency (e.g., using OpenCV, GStreamer, V4L2)
* Interface with RTSP, WebRTC, or other streaming protocols for live video output
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hardware-software integration
* Debug hardware interfaces and resolve issues related to signal timing, driver compatibility, and power management
* Apply performance tuning techniques such as multi-threading, DMA, zero-copy buffering, and hardware acceleration (CUDA, NEON, etc.)
* Implement diagnostic tools and real-time monitoring for thermal/video systems
* Prepare technical documentation and assist in validation, field testing, and compliance

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development
* Proficiency in C/C++ and Python; familiarity with embedded Linux or RTOS environments
* Hands-on experience with camera interfaces (MIPI CSI, USB UVC, Ethernet IPCam)
* Strong knowledge of image processing libraries and techniques (OpenCV, CUDA, NPP)
* Familiar with communication protocols (UART, I²C, SPI, RS-485, CAN, Ethernet)
* Experience with build systems (Yocto, CMake, Buildroot) and kernel driver integration
* Ability to read and interpret schematics and low-level hardware documentation

* Experience with thermal imaging sensors (e.g., FLIR, Lynred) or machine vision applications
* Familiarity with AI model deployment on edge (TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO, etc.)
* Knowledge of video encoding/decoding (H.264/H.265), RTSP/Web streaming pipeline optimization
* Experience with EMI/EMC considerations and rugged system design
* Exposure to ISO/MIL-STD testing and defense/maritime compliance environments
