You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost. Deliver targeted coaching to managers on leadership and talent development practices. 4. Execute learning across multiple delivery formats, including in-person, virtual, hybrid, and web-based platforms. Program Development & Stakeholder Collaboration 1. Engage with teams across functions to assess learning needs and tailor programs to meet specific business challenges. 2. Partner with global L&D teams to adapt and scale training initiatives locally. 3. Create structured onboarding programs for new employees and managers to accelerate transition and performance. 4.
