Human resources:
1) Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and offboarding. (Manage HR daily routine and employee relations (group insurance, healthy check-up..etc))
2) Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
3) Support employee relations, training arrangements, and company events and employee engagement activities
4) Support HR functions/projects.
5) Support HR initiatives and other duties as directed by supervisor.
Office Operations:
1. Administrative Management:Handle office administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, document filing, contract administration, and meeting support.
2. Vendor & Facility Coordination:Liaise with vendors to manage office facilities, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure timely repair services.
3. Office & Asset Management:Support workplace operations such as office environment upkeep, purchasing activities, and company asset control.
4. Company Assets Operations:Manage company cars, mobile devices, and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
5. Travel & Mobility Support:Coordinate business travel arrangements with agencies, including flight and accommodation booking, visa and work permit processing, and local transportation.
6. Ad-hoc Support:Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support business and administrative needs.
