<工作內容>
.協助顧客預約、通知、接待與現場關懷,營造溫暖專業的第一印象
.處理商品備貨、盤點、收發及門市行政事務
.協助助聽器清潔保養與除濕,並處理簡易設備故障
.支援顧客試戴體驗、售後追蹤與顧客回訪

Comprehensive hands-on training in retail operations: customer service, inventory management, and after-sales care

<Things You Will Do>
.Assist with customer appointments, notifications, reception, and in-store support, creating a warm and professional first impression
.Handle inventory preparation, stocktaking, receiving/shipping, and administrative tasks at the store
.Perform hearing aid cleaning, dehumidification, and basic troubleshooting
.Support customer trial fittings, after-sales follow-up, and customer return visits
<What We're Looking for on Your Resume>
.Patient and detail-oriented, with the ability to observe customer needs
.Enjoys interacting with people; possesses friendliness and strong communication skills
.Interested in the healthcare and caregiving industry, with a willingness to keep learning
.Able to adapt quickly, take responsibility, and respond effectively to changing situations
.Proficient in basic office software and administrative operations; experience with inventory management is a plus
