1. Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute validation plans for battery systems, including performance, safety, and environmental tests.

3. Collaborate with Rack PMs on BOM creation, rack design, material prep, and SOP development during sample build projects.
4. Assist in developing test procedures and conducting new product testing and validation
5. Enhance the quality and reliability of rack systems and products.
6. Assist Rack PMs and Engineers in executing and verifying rack solutions.

主要職責 :
1.Works directly with sales, service and customers on specific pre-sale and post-sale product and process application issues. Assists sales engineer and customer in evaluating feasibility and alternatives utilizing UIC products.
2.Reviews customer´s circuit board design, related manufacturing processes, required production capacities and identifies projected production savings based upon use of proposed equipment. Prepares and reviews with sales and customer competitive analysis information and prepares production capability and financial ROI analysis to assist sales and customer with capital equipment justification.
3.Assists in defining market needs for new products features and enhancements. Provides valuable input for the development of new equipment specifications and product performance requirements.
4.Evaluates prospective new applications, obtain all relevant information and specifications from the potential customer, identifies suggestions, determines estimate of work required to achieve results, and determines feasibility of an application for UIC´s equipment.
5.Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the technical specifications and capabilities of UIC products.
6.Assists/supports field engineers and customers via telephone, FAX, email, or correspondence to resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and software problems associated with the operation, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance of UIC products.
7.Analyzes reports of technical problems to identify trends affecting future design, production, service and maintenance processes; may recommend design or process modifications to avoid future problems.
8.Communicates regularly with technical specialists, product teams and central engineering in Binghamton regarding outstanding field issues. Provides recommendations for solutions to field product issues.
9.Visits customer sites to either collect data on improvements to UIC products, gain feedback from customer on outstanding product issues, assist field engineering, or to provide technical assistance or training.
10.Maintains up-to-date product documentation on assigned products. Responsible for keeping abreast of product improvements for problem resolutions and technical details of new product introductions. Communicates information to sales and field organization.
