本職缺需求: 這個職位為行銷業務人員,我們著重於客戶關係營造與市場開發,達成銷售目標和以上,公司提供業績獎金。
本職位會投入營銷任務包含:
a. 自有產品軟體行銷業務:以XR雙語教育和永續SDGs相關內容,負責市場與用戶行銷,洽接學校通路與企業開發之客戶。
b. 國外知名XR軟、硬體與數位內容推廣業務:具有多元市場,負責市場行銷與洽接相關需求之客戶。
c. XR(VR/AR/MR)專案業務洽商:現有客戶、政府採購異與業客製化專案承攬,負責Presale提案、標案投標作業之整合。
d. 主管、相關同仁協作事宜:接受直屬主管指揮與回饋,相關同仁合作解決客戶問題,以確保業務的順利與穩定性。
1.業務開發及範圍:
a. 負責華康珍藏字型、單套授權字型及崁入式字型銷售。
b. 客戶企業開發與通路開發經營。
c. 業務接洽、報價與合約簽訂。
d. 定期回報業務進展。
e. 主管交辦之公務。
2. 客戶關係管理:
a. 建立並維護與關鍵客戶的良好關係,確保客戶滿意度。
b. 積極蒐集客戶反饋,並根據客戶需求提供解決方案。
3. 產品介紹與推廣:
a. 具備獨立向客戶進行產品簡報之能力
b. 配合各項業務活動與行銷活動協辦作業。
4.銷售目標達成與報告:
a. 設定銷售目標,定期報告銷售進度和結果。
b. 分析銷售數據,制定改進計劃,提升銷售業績。
5. 跨部門協作:
a. 與行銷部、產品部團隊緊密合作,確保產品符合客戶需求。

We are looking for a results-driven (Sr.) Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and drive business growth in Taiwan. This role focuses on winning new business, building strategic partnerships, and expanding key accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales and business development—ideally within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising—and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

|Qualifications|
▸ Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, media, or advertising.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
▸ Client Centricity: Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
▸ Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop actionable go-to-market and client growth strategies.
▸ Communication: Excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage, particularly for engaging with Chinese-speaking clients.

WritePath is a technology-powered "SaaS and on-demand" translation/ disclosure platform/service. We have proprietary AI tech catering to tackle clients’ s challenges while preparing statutory reports.
Role & Responsibility:
• Working together with the Head of Sales, develop your own long and short-term sales plan/quota, execute it, and generate new/existing client sales revenue.
• Build and maintain a positive client relationship in order to identify, follow up, and get a referral to generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand the client's complex report preparation needs (eg writing, translation, design) and provide the fit solutions to the client.
• Communicate with the project management team or other internal stakeholders such as IT or recruitment manager to satisfy the client's turnaround time, cost, and quality requirements in order to deliver the expected final product (translation or SaaS software) to the client.
• Collect payment/account receivable.
Skills:
• A proven successful sales track record in consecutive years.
• A proven successful sales track record in selling software or service-related products.
• Experienced in pipeline management and its software. (e.g. Pipedrive, or other CRM software) Be able to work independently to build your own pipeline, cold-calling, eDM, sales pitch, and sales deck preparation.
• Determined to win, strong can-do attitude, passionate about sales activities, not afraid of rejection, and a good team player.
• Be able to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in Chinese and mid-level English language skills are a plus.
