【行銷/業務實習儲備人才招募中！】 我們是致力於高功率電力電子半導體方案的專業公司，我們想尋找積極、有想法、負責任且目標清晰的實習夥伴，加入我們的團隊。 如果你想跨入半導體行業、成為優秀業務，我們提供完整的行業訓練，不會只是文書交辦，我們期待將你培養成行業中的專業人才！ ▋工作內容 基礎工作訓練內容 • 功率半導體產品認識。 • 高功率電力電子行業應用學習。 • ERP及進出貨作業操作。 • 市場及客戶資訊蒐集，發掘行業商機。 • 國際貿易進出貨操作流程參與。 • 主管交辦事項及團隊專案參與協作。 進階訓練內容 • 客戶維繫及開發，嘗試獨當一面拜訪客戶。 • 與工廠討論產品開發、優化等技術細節，並針對成本分析、議價。 • 網路行銷策略，如果你對於網站、電商平台操作有任何想法，我們一起來執行！ • 看到任何應該改變的地方，勇敢告訴公司並設法解決它。 【我們期待你能具備以下特質或條件】 •　具有社團活動或幹部經驗。 •　有獨立在外生活的經驗(ex:北漂、南漂)。 •　基礎電腦文書能力(ex:Excel、PowerPoint)。 •　在校修習過基礎會計學，或對於基本的進銷存邏輯有概念。 •　你必須是邏輯清楚且願意溝通的人。 •　細心且專注，有留意細節的作業習慣。 •　目標明確，渴望達成目標，有信心克服達成目標過程中所面臨的壓力。 【我們希望你可以配合的排班天數】 一周至少能安排3天以上，現為大四生或研究生者佳。
