【精準測試，保障專案品質】 派駐客戶端進行客戶產品及既有系統測試驗證，需擅長進行 Web / App 軟體功能測試，具備2年以上撰寫測試報告與問題追蹤記錄等相關經驗。透過功能驗證(Functional Test) 與使用者測試(Usability Test) 等測試手法，主動發現系統異常，並與團隊協作確保產品品質穩定上線。 【善用測試工具，驗證每一項核心功能】 透過Postman、Google開發者工具等方式，進行功能流程檢查、跨瀏覽器操作測試、資料邏輯驗證等，依照測試計畫進行逐項驗證，協助團隊發現潛在風險，確保專案符合客戶需求並可順利交付。 【撰寫測試報告，讓結果有跡可循】 透過測試報告(Test Report) 與錯誤記錄，具體呈現測試結果與重現步驟，讓問題回報清楚、可追蹤、可改善。 【主動追蹤問題，協助團隊修復 Bug】 會學習使用 Issue Tracking 工具(如 Jira、Redmine、GitHub Issues 等) 進行問題回報與後續追蹤，並清楚記錄問題重現方法。定義Bug優先級別及持續協助工程師釐清問題根源並確認修正效果，讓團隊能高效排除錯誤。 【跨部門協作，與團隊共同前進】 在測試與驗收過程中，積極與 PM、工程師、系統分析師溝通測試方案與時程安排，協助整合不同角色的需求，確保專案測試順利執行。
