【工作內容】 1. 專利維護與管理： (1) 建置、維護競品專利資料庫。 (2) 與事務所聯繫合作，編列與管理時程。 2. 專利檢索與分析： (1) 執行專利版圖與 FTO 分析，產出權利項比對與風險熱點圖。 (2) 與研發團隊提出規避設計方案，審閱與分析圖面/BOM 權利要素。 (3) 進行先前技術檢索與無效化評估，並彙整相關資料。 (4) 了解市場動向，發布摘要與風險報告。 3. 其他專業支援： (1) 推動創意蒐集與撰稿支援。 (2) 提供專業建議與資料，支援法務進行專利相關訴訟。 【需求條件】 1. 具五年以上專利人員/工程師經驗（有事務所工作經驗佳）。 2. 熟習台灣、中國專利相關法規及專利審查基準。 3. 了解機械工程圖/BOM，具備基本 DFM 佳。 4. 具優秀的英文讀寫能力。 5. 工具： Google Patents、Espacenet、WIPO Patentscope、TIPO、CNIPA 6. 熟悉 Excel/Power BI。 【加分條件】 1. 具備事務所之專利工程師工作經驗佳。 2. 了解 SQL/Python 佳。 3. 有 800 分以上多益證書，或其他等同的英文能力證明。

【About the role】 You will support the execution of Acepodia’s intellectual property (IP) operations by ensuring that all patent-related activities are strategically aligned with the company’s R&D roadmap and business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with the IP lead, R&D teams, and external patent counsel to translate scientific advancements into timely, high-quality IP actions. Your contribution will help strengthen the protection of Acepodia’s innovations and support the company’s long-term value creation. Your core responsibilities include organizing technical documentation throughout the patent prosecution process, monitoring competitors’ patent activities, and assisting with freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses to support research and business strategies. You will also help facilitate communication between scientific teams and legal advisors, ensuring that our IP coverage evolves in parallel with R&D progress across both cell-based and non-cell-based pipelines. We seek a candidate with a background in chemistry, biology, or a related field, along with proven experience in patent prosecution or IP operations. ◇ Position Overview Reporting to the relevant Language Services Manager or Assistant Director, and as an integral part of Questel’s Language Services Team, this role is responsible for producing high-quality, accurate translations of technical documents, for revising these documents where necessary, and for managing external vendor performance. ◇ Essential Functions • Read, revise, and evaluate translated documents to detect errors in meaning, accuracy, usage, terminology, spelling, grammar, style, tone, and syntax, and any discrepancy from the source text. • Edit translated documents to ensure a true and accurate representation of source document content, adherence to style guides, and compliance with client-specific and country-specific publication specifications • Conduct quality control of translations in the target text (Traditional Chinese) and against the source text (English) • When required, perform translation and/or MT post-editing of documents • Evaluate translator performance and provide support and guidance to translation vendors • Manage translation memory and term bases using Questel’s internal system • Manage Client Guidelines, TermBases, and Translation Memories • Work on other work-related duties as assigned by management
