1.Manage all production activities, systems, and procedures to optimize productivity and cost and satisfy customer requirements with respect to quality and delivery.
2.Lead overall responsibility for food safety and adherence to quality compliance mandates along with ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
3.Develop Annual Operating Plan for the plant while handling direct and indirect controllable costs to meet overall cost index target.
4.Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets.
5.Develop and lead the implementation of appropriate productivity ideas for production operations. Generate and lead the implementation of ideas for continual process improvement.
6.Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues.
7.Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
8.Coach supervisors and managers to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality.
9.Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for both management and front-line employees.
10.Deliver effective change leadership by driving business changes while minimizing people impact.
11.Be the GCS (Global Control Standard) Control Owner of I2C (Inventory to COGS) process to well execute in line with GCS standard, pass quarterly testing and corporate auditing to reach company goal.

1. 熟悉PCB製程或設備/客服經驗,具PCB大廠正相關經驗5年以上,有10年以上PCB大廠主管經驗更佳,或有直接對接過國際知名大廠客戶如: Nvidia / Apple / Tesla / 全球四大型雲端服務供應商(CSP)如: Microsoft / Google / Meta / AWS,薪資可議。
2. 擅長PCB厚大板、HLC高層次板(8層至20層以上) ,HDI(高密度互連技術) ,具全製程或乾製程或濕製程相關經驗3-5年,熟CCL銅箔層壓板、車用IC載板、ABF載板更加分。
3. 可配合長期外派在泰國或其他亞洲地區
4. 英語略懂,與東南亞國家同事溝通為主,會東南亞國家第二外語佳
