Gain Miles (GUM) is hiring a Project Manager – Mobile App & App Web Portal to manage projects across our mobile applications and associated web portal. This is a dynamic role requiring both project ownership and technical coordination, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution across mobile and web platforms.
You will collaborate with product stakeholders in Hong Kong and technical teams in Taiwan to align business needs with user experience and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1.Project Planning & Delivery
•Oversee mobile app and portal development lifecycles.
•Define app workflows, functionalities, and optimize user experience.
•Run sprint review meetings and daily stand-ups.
•Solve ad hoc issues without affecting delivery schedules.
2.Requirement Gathering & Documentation
•Collect requirements from product teams for mobile/web portal features.
•Document user journeys, error handling, and technical flow charts.
•Maintain PRDs in Confluence and design flows in Figma.
3.Communication & Coordination
•Bridge between UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams.
•Proactively arrange sync-ups to align progress.
•Clarify frontend and backend flows with Taiwan engineers.
4.Tools & Workflow
•Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Figma for project and design management.
•Drive clear collaboration across locations.
5.Testing & Quality Assurance
•Partner with developers on PRD walkthroughs and flow explanations.
•Support initial functional acceptance testing.
•Guide Junior PM/QA to draft SIT/DEV vs UAT test plans for different stakeholder groups.
