Your Job
As a AQP Engineer at Molex, you won’t just own deliverables — you will drive results. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives on identifying risk early, influencing cross-functional teams, and bringing structure and confidence to new product launches.
You’ll lead from the front across engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions — guiding Molex's New Product Introduction (NPI) projects toward excellence in both technical performance and economic efficiency. Your success is measured not just by launches on-time, but by the quality and resilience of the product and process behind them.
