Channel Strategy & ABP Development
• Build channel fact books and identify key drivers and opportunities.
• Lead workshops to support business planning.

Role Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Cultivate and maintain relationships with 50-100 top-tier accounts, including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and high-end cocktail bars.
Develop tailored strategies to expand distribution and enhance brand presence in prestige venues.
Ensure strong visibility of top-tier brands through strategic back bar placements, menu listings, and by-the-glass offerings.
Take responsibility for sales performance of Prestige range/LTO products.
Brand Development & Activation
Focus on driving the success of premium+ and prestige portfolio within high-touch accounts.
Lead exclusive brand activations, events, and partnerships to engage consumers and elevate brand prestige.
Strengthen alignment with influential luxury customers and execute brand house initiatives to reinforce luxury credentials.
Sales & Performance Optimization

Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years of sales/commercial experience, On Trade account management or luxury industry is a plus
Experience building and activating luxury brands in partnership with marketing teams, demonstrating clear brand building capabilities

-Provide guidance to the sales department by devising and implementing short, medium and long term strategies across all channels
-Give value adding insights and be a key member in defining our RTM strategies

【Business Development and Management】
-Meet and exceed annual volume, value, distribution and market share objectives of all brands across all channels

-Manage pricing, trade terms, product mix and price structures to ensure we meet and exceed profitability targets

【ROLE DESCRIPTION】
The Key Account Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers. The Key Account Manager brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate D&B products.

We are seeking a dynamic & driven Assistant Production Manager to support the achievement of production goals through effective coordination, process supervision, ERP system management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also ensures safety compliance, supports new product trials, and contributes to operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management
- Coordinate production and sales to meet delivery and quality targets.
- Manage raw materials and semi-finished product inventory.
- Set up and maintain ERP (SAP) systems for production planning and control.
- Supervise ERP execution and ensure data accuracy.
- Oversee daily production processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance programs.
- Handle production abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis, and report findings.
- Prepare monthly production reports and performance summaries.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct training sessions for production staff.
- Develop and implement improvement plans for audit deficiencies.
2. Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
- Train staff on best practices and new procedures.
- Represent the department in the annual corporate improvement competition.
3. New Product Trials
- Plan, prepare, and execute trials for new product introductions.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- College graduate or above, preferably in Food Nutrition, Biology, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of food regulations, food factory process control, food safety and hygiene, food quality control, and food processing technology.
- Familiarity with general computer operations and intermediate proficiency in English.
- Experience with SAP system operations is preferred.
