The incumbent will lead and execute Talent Management and Employee Relations initiatives covering leadership development, succession planning, engagement, and culture while managing grievances and translating employee insights into actions that support growth and compliance. As a Talent Management and Employee Relations Supervisor, you will: -Lead strategic learning and development initiatives including leadership training, talent reviews, and succession planning to build organizational capability and support long-term growth. -Serve as a strategic partner in the Performance Management process by guiding managers and employees, while coordinating with stakeholders to manage performance improvement cases, oversee PIP implementation, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting within the SuccessFactors system. -Gather and analyze data from various sources including grievances, site visits, and LMM feedback to deliver monthly insights on employee relations and frontline sentiment. -Handle employee relations concerns and grievances, support disciplinary processes in line with JTI guidelines, and ensure all cases are properly investigated and managed. -Deliver strategic P&C support by advising on people matters, driving aligned solutions, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring policies comply with JTI standards and local laws. -Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources, Psychology, -Sociology is preferred -Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience -Fluent in English, both written and spoken -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -Familiarity with Taiwan Labor Law -Demonstrates empathy and a strong ability to manage sensitive issues with fairness and discretion -Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Mission The Site Manager is responsible for coordinating the construction of one or more sites. He/She sets up and monitors the overall organization of the sites in conjunction with the Site supervisors. He/She must comply with all the safety, quality and technical regulations and standards in force. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that the works progress smoothly in compliance with costs, deadlines and resources. He/She reports to the Head of Regional Site Teams (regularly) and reports functionally to the Project Manager of the GCP Ops department. He/She is responsible for site record management and provides feedback at site closure. Responsibilities: 1. Schedule drafting and monitoring supervision 2. Budget management 3. Project preparation 4. Project / site management  Comply with the site organizational requirements as defined with the Project Manager and the GCP /Ops Operation department.  Manage the project in conjunction with the Site supervisor(s) (in accordance with the job specifications, the contractual terms, the Assignment order, the Quality plan, the HSE plan and the operating procedures).  Accept and store the equipment and devices on site.  Ensure that the site organization and the work execution procedures, tests and commissioning and all the resources used on the site(s) (buildings, containers, machines, vehicles) comply with the current legislation and the local regulations. With respect to HSE issues, He/She relies on the HSE manager on each site.  Provide the Site Works Coordinator with technical support, if required. 5. Compliance with Quality of service/supply  Take all the measures required to control the products supplied by the customer and incorporated in the works and operate or ensure the operation and quality of the site(s) in accordance with the project operating procedures, folders and instructions received in order to comply with the Quality Management System. (NCR monitoring, etc.)  Understand and qualify the customer's facilities in order to propose improvement works or solutions.  Ensure that the monitoring, test and commissioning equipment and devices are maintained, routinely checked, calibrated, transported and delivered to the site. 6. Interface with the Project Manager and reporting  In conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, draw up the following documents and send them to the Project Manager and the GCP /Ops Operation department: monthly status report with discrepancy monitoring, monthly progress report, minutes of meetings, statement of damage occurring during transportation and on site, state of the equipment on arrival on site, condition of the final stocks, operating incident records, equipment incident records, non-conformance records, etc. 7. At the end of the project, in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, prepare all the items required for the end-of-project assessment and feedback with the organization responsible for the contract and ensure that the annotated documents and drawings (assembly, tests, etc.) are centralized at the end of the project in order to check that they are valid before sending them to the Project Manager and to the customer, after approval by the Project Manager. 8. Compliance with HSE requirements 9. Authority  According to the skills, means and authority, the site manager has overall responsibility for the EHS aspects on sites for which he/she is responsible. 10. Job Summary: Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Inspection, Supplier development programs and resolving quality related concerns Essential Job Duties: • Work with Global Sourcing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and those appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented. • Aide Global Sourcing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier, product following a defined new product part approval process. • Participate on definition of product specifications, technical, quality & packaging requirement with Global Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, & Supplier. • Approve new products as a result from strategic sourcing activities by applying APQP and PPAP standards. • Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances • Develop & implement Supplier development programs with short / long term goals. • Perform supplier audits, shipment audits and maintain all quality records. • Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due) & Defect returns • Liaison between customer service team and suppliers in resolving product, quality related queries • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
