The RGM Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, through pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, understanding market dynamics and portfolio play. The role is under finance team, direct report to FP&A and Transformation Manager, also dotted line reporting to Sales Director and ensuring overall commercial strategic goals achieved.

Pricing optimization and RGM roadmap (50%)
• Develop and optimize pricing strategy via implementing pricing models to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness
• Analyze competitor pricing and consumer behavior to identify and capture opportunities
• Analyze promotional scheme to optimize the mix of customers and portfolio and track ROI post the plans executed
• End-to-end value chain review on a regular basis ensure we have pricing attractiveness in the trade
• Analyze market trends and understand the dynamic and insight from the audit or research data (i.e Nielsen and IWSR, etc.)
Business partnering (30%)
• Deliver best in class business partnering to key sales channels via pricing and value modeling, scenario recommendations to deliver KPIs and Beat the Market.
• Support strategic plans (Strat plan, 10-year plan, etc.) and provide clear RGM recommendations to drive value creation.
Pricing Committee & Group KPIs (20%)
• Host Pricing committee on a quarterly basis + adhoc pricing reviews
• Lead engagement with HQ RGM team to conduct quarterly review/alignment meeting
• Monitor RGM KPIs locally (price index, floor pricing, inflation, etc.)
