We are looking for a Product Manager with strong execution skills and solid English proficiency to plan and drive product development processes while supporting daily operations. This role will work closely with engineers, taking responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our core products, while also generating ideas for new products. The PM will be expected to prepare clear reports in both English and Chinese to communicate product directions and the rationale behind development decisions.
➊ Responsibilities
1, Lead the 0-to-1 strategy for a new product line: responsible for the strategy and results of the next product line, and take on Product Owner responsibilities in the future to drive overall product direction
2, Collaborate with engineers to define requirements and workflows, and create product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria
3, Plan product strategy, roadmap, market positioning, and feature prioritization
4, Collect and analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics to propose improvements and new hypotheses
5, Conduct market and competitor research to identify innovations, user value, and new product opportunities
6, Drive the end-to-end lean growth process: research, growth models, prioritization, experiment design, delivery, and post-analysis
7, Gain deep understanding of the user experience—from design to churn—to identify key leverage points
8, Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product delivery
➋ Requirements
1, Strong written communication skills in Chinese, capable of producing clear reports and product documents
2, Ability to plan product requirements and clearly describe workflows and specifications
3, Basic technical knowledge to discuss feasibility and workflows with engineers
4, Ability to communicate effectively in English with stakeholders
5, Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6, Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
7, Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment
8, Basic understanding of data analysis and data-driven decision-making
➌ Nice-to-Have
1, Previous experience as a PM, project manager, or product assistant
2, Customer service experience, with the ability to gather and organize user needs
3, Familiarity with software development processes (Agile / Scrum)
4, Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker Studio)
5, Interest or experience in social, video, or communication-related applications

Plus 1 hour in-depth interview (covering technical understanding, personality, goals, and work style)
