Business Development Executive duty includes:
1. Sales activities:
(1) Marketing events coordination: seminar and training course planning/ promotion/implementation.
(2) Client visiting, relationship maintenance, service development
(3) Client data maintenance, quotation preparation, inquiry and opportunity status tracking and update weekly, bidding opportunity searching/ preparation/ present at biding opening meeting.
(4) Contracting, Order processing and sorting, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking weekly, business document filing at all time.
2. Routine work includes
(1) Cold call to prospective customers (clients visit) and service presentation 25%,
(2) Communicate with clients on inquiries 25%,
(3) Bidding preparation (integrate service proposal and quotation) 25%,
(4) Purchase order and contract processing 15%,
(5) account receivable 10%.
3. Co-work with project managers, project coordinators, and Cross department coordination.

(4) 合約/協議流程、訂單處理及分類、發票、每週應收帳款追蹤、業務文件歸檔 (隨時)
2. 日常工作包括:
(1) 銷售陌生拜訪及服務簡報25%
(2) 客戶詢價溝通25%
(3) 投標籌備(服務建議書及報價整合)25%
(4) 訂單合約處理15%
(5) 應收帳款10%
3. 與部門專案經理、專案助理協作和跨部門協調
