1.HRIS System Management and Optimization
Manage daily maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, update employee data and organizational structure, and regularly evaluate system performance to drive functional improvements.
2.Cross-Department Collaboration and Project Management
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors; plan system integrations (e.g., API connections), develop features, and manage project timelines.
3.User Support and Training
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for branch users; conduct training sessions to enhance system proficiency.
4.HR Data Analysis and Reporting
Ensure data accuracy and integrity, consolidate cross-system data, and generate real-time HR reports to support decision-making.
5.Process Standardization and Digital Transformation
Develop and maintain HR system manuals and SOPs; lead HR system implementation and optimization projects to improve efficiency and decision quality.
1. Manage and lead TWN site HR partners to provide excellent HR support to business leaders for aligning the business development with Corp HR strategy.
2. Ensure the organizational stability and administrative efficiency, such as attendance management, payroll, insurance, performance management, policies and processes management, training programs & training system management, employee relationship management, and compliance initiatives.
3. Work collaboratively with cross functional departments, executive management, overseas HR and related stakeholders in achieving organizational goals.
4. Conduct Talent acquisition activities, including HC planning, budgeting, candidates selection and staffing process.
5. In alignment with Corp HR to manage TWN sites Performance Management Project, New Hire On-boarding project, as well as to coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process and global initiatives.
6. Contribute the benchmarking activities and benefits survey input, collaborate with Corp HR and finance teams for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.
7. Plan and implement university collaboration programs, including internships, research partnerships, academic industry cooperation and academic exchanges.
8. Lead and oversee daily operations, develop and optimize administrative policies and procedures.

Recruitment & HC Management
- Develop and implement annual workforce planning to ensure team headcount meets operational needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Regularly prepare and analyze HC reports to support management decision-making
Employee Relations & Communication
- Maintain a positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances and conflict management
- Organize employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen team cohesion
- Conduct exit interviews and monitor employee sentiment, providing actionable recommendations
Compensation & Bonus Administration
- Manage payroll structures and bonus processes, including quarterly and annual bonuses
- Collaborate with Finance and regional HR teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Participate in compensation reviews and market benchmarking
Work Permit & Expat Support
- Support foreign employees with work permits, residency, and visa extensions
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adaptation for expatriate staff while maintaining legal compliance
Training & Employee Development
- Design and execute onboarding and offboarding processes
- Plan and implement employee training programs to support professional growth
Regional Collaboration & Reporting
- egularly communicate with UK and Hong Kong teams, submitting HR reports and data analyses
- Coordinate regional projects and policy implementations to ensure consistency and local applicability
Factory & Cosmetic Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee factory operations to ensure processes comply with regulatory and quality standards
- Assist in ensuring compliance with cosmetic regulations, including product registration, labeling, and safety management
- Collaborate with Regulatory teams to ensure new products meet local and international regulatory requirements
