9. Coordinate related operations with the finance and import/export departments.

1. Possess strong procurement skills and negotiation abilities.
2. Familiar with procurement management systems and processes, with the ability to optimize procedures and improve efficiency.

5. Have good English proficiency.
About the role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role within the Receptionist team. Reporting to the Assistant Receptionist Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public. Ensuring the experience provided is seamless, welcoming, professional, aligned to the highest standards required by JLL and our client is paramount.
What this job involves:
• Manage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming calls
• Receive, greet, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees
• Responsible for maintaining telephone registers
• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the front office/ reception area – clean and presentable at all times
• Administer meeting and conference room bookings
• Distribute of internal and external mails throughout the office and coordinate with courier companies to handle outbound mails and parcels
• Monitoring and ensure pantries and mailroom are clean and tidy
• Maintain records for office supplies and services order expenses and assist in invoice processing
• Co-ordinate the printing of business cards
• Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines/ brochures and directory signage
• Provide a Helpdesk service, maintain Helpdesk Tracker and escalate calls to the Facilities Manager depending on urgency
• Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by Co-ordinate and assist with local office events
• Contribute information of inclusion in the Monthly Report submitted to
• Utilize the systems of to effectively manage contractors and report on their performance
• Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of management

• Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent

• Good command of English and Chinese
