Develop air cooling and liquid cooling solutions on the same platform to meet the requirement of various customers.
Engineers should have ability to integrate air-cooled and liquid-cooled solutions, have good CFD skills to estimate hot spot location, have effective communication skills to engage with customer earlier, meet current / future requirements and lead thermal SPEC in the market.
These senior thermal engineers will design a dedicated fan control table for liquid cooling to achieve optimized energy efficiency. Must have the ability to plan experiments for this job role.

Application engineer is responsible for tech support to customers. Externally, it is act as technical interface with customers to provide solutions and technical trainings through TSC Academy. Internally, it is the bridge between customers and internal R&D engineering teams. The role of Application Engineer is not only to provide the high-quality technical support for products, but also needs to manage both customer relationships and the technical solution of customer’s requests, deliver customer and partner experience through timely response, cross departments collaboration and execution to engage the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support, including pre-sales/post-sales scoping, troubleshooting, solution providing and close case to engage the projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal relevant departments for the solution.
- Collect and report the customer feedback and market competitor info - On-site support key customers to resolve the issues.
- Technical training/partner events for Sales and partners.
- OEM/ODM/Customize Projects’ customer support.
This role is responsible for supporting connector installation, inspection, and related application processes at customer sites and their contract manufacturers (CMs). This position requires technical understanding of the mechanical and electrical functions of the connector components and the related impact of installation variables. This position will interface closely with customers and their CM sites to develop an understanding of their application process and will work collaboratively to improve application quality and consistency. Strong communication, technical understanding, and interpersonal skills are critical in this role.
• Work closely with customers and their contract manufacturers to evaluate and address connector challenges/concerns as they relate to the production process and functional integrity of the connector
• Assist customers and CMs with new process development related to the connector and establishing proper connector application and handling processes
• Observe and assess customer/CM processes and provide constructive feedback
• Function as the “first responder” for customer/CM quality concerns, with ability to provide initial containment feedback and collect relevant data for distribution to the internal team
• Work closely with internal development, NPI, and quality engineering teams to provide feedback for continuous improvement of connector quality
• Receive feedback from customer/CMs on potential product and packaging improvements and evaluate improvement feasibility with internal team
• Develop and evaluate custom application tooling as specified by the customer/CM
• Update customer-accessible documentation related to connector application and inspection
• Monitor CM production yields related to the connector and provide feedback/assistance for process improvement as needed
• Perform quantitative analysis of quality concerns at customer/CM site
• Coordinate procurement of necessary application tooling in preparation of initial customer system
SIT (System integrated test) is in charge of sever validation during the development phase, verifying hardware and software compatibility, functionality testing, system stress and performance benchmark, test scope:
1. Component test (CPU, Memory, Network, FPGA card, Storage, etc.), compatibility testing and benchmark.
2. Windows Operate system compatibility testing and functionality testing.
3. System stress test.
4. System integration testing.
5. Rack solution test (PMDU, rack level stress).
Responsibilities:
1. Execute test case by test plan to verify server system stability.
2. Report the test progress by daily.
3. Complete test execution during project testing and produce a complete test report.
4. Report bug and aggressive to trace issue, verify issue to make sure product quality.
5. Assist customer to duplicate issue and analyze issue for development team.

Job Summary:
This FAE will provide technical support to the Sales and FAE teams in developing potential opportunities that incorporate MPS products and solutions. The FAE will also identify and communicate current and emerging customer technical needs to enhance both tactical and strategic product positioning.
Qualifications:
• BS or MS in Electronic Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the power electronics industry (DC/DC or AC/DC); experience in a power IC vendor as an AE or FAE will be a plus.
Familiar with general NB/Server DC/DC power design; experience with Buck converter design will be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
