NZXT is seeking a highly motivated Thermal Engineer to help develop best in class, innovative cooling solutions for Desktop, mobile and wearable systems. The role involves architecture, design, analysis, prototyping and validation of cooling solutions. The position requires working closely with cross-functional teams as well as external suppliers. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment with tight timing and dynamic constraints. 【Responsibilities】 • Responsible for Desktop and peripheral products thermal design • Design air/air and liquid/air cooling solution for consumer electronics • Define thermal policy and control algorithms and characterize system response • Develop analytical models of conductive and convective thermal systems • Drive component selection (Heat Exchanger, Fan, Pump, TIM etc…) • Optimize cooling solutions for all aspects of their performance and reliability • Develop validation test plans for thermal components to determine if they meet design requirements • Conduct tests, post-processing data, and communicating results to stakeholders • Review and maintain DFMEA, and test standards for the thermal system • Drive development programs with both internal and external engineering teams • Optimize design for cost and system-level reliability

About the job : Application engineer is responsible for tech support to customers. Externally, it is act as technical interface with customers to provide solutions and technical trainings through TSC Academy. Internally, it is the bridge between customers and internal R&D engineering teams. The role of Application Engineer is not only to provide the high-quality technical support for products, but also needs to manage both customer relationships and the technical solution of customer’s requests, deliver customer and partner experience through timely response, cross departments collaboration and execution to engage the projects. Main Responsibility： Achieve the efficient implementation of machine vision applications that combines our software with hardware such as robotic arms, 3D scanners, and 2D cameras： Field application engineer = The software dynamo that converts the concept of the project into a real application that runs successfully. Responsibilities： 1. Manage the application implementation process being the orchestrator of all the different players such as sales, RD, System Integrator, end-customer, and others = FAE is the project manager. 2. Design of experiments or tests to execute root cause analysis to determine the root issue of the application or software = FAE is a problem solver. 3. Test the Solomon software and newly developed functions to determine their capabilities in real applications and to guarantee their efficient performance, and collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process by providing feasibility analysis of the different cases, technical assistance, and developing proofs-of-concept. 4. Gather application results, testing results, and customer feedback, to relay most impactful insights to the R&D and product management teams to drive continuous improvement = FAE understands the needs of the customer and the project very well. 5. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations to showcase and explain how our machine vision AI solutions can meet the customer needs - FAE is an advanced teacher. 6. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation that clearly explains the technical aspects of our solutions. 7. Provide on-site or remote training or technical support to customers to do the implementation and resolve integration and performance issues of the Automation system related to software, robotic arm, 3D scanner and 2D camera.
