5. 編撰產品FAQ與技術支援Q&A文件,協助內外部教育訓練與客戶支援作業。

Responsibilities :
• Define and maintain the global product vision and multi-year roadmap in alignment with corporate goals.

• Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on market research, trends, regional input, and VOC (Voice of Customer).
• Lead and coordinate global product launches, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and product training programs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange between HQ and regional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate compelling product content for global use and support vertical marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate custom product or enhancement requests, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.
• Establish and maintain the global pricing strategy and support major sales opportunities.
