1. Business Ownership:
Own the ISG product portfolio strategy and performance in the country.
Define local product positioning, pricing, and market segmentation strategy.
Drive product revenue and margin targets in collaboration with Sales and BD.
2. Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with Sales, BD, and FAE teams to understand customer needs and support key opportunities.
Act as the primary interface between HQ Product Management and local teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
3. Go-to-Market Execution:
Launch new products and features with strong messaging, local enablement, and competitive differentiation.
Develop localized marketing content, sales kits, and training materials.
4. Market and Competitor Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor landscape to inform roadmap and business decisions.
Provide strategic input to HQ to influence product development and prioritization.
5. Customer Engagement:
Support key customer engagements, technical presentations, and pre-sales activities.
Help build strong relationships with key partners and customers.
6. Supply Chain and Finance Coordination:
Work with HQ BU, Territory Product Management team, and Sales Administration, to provide stocks preparation, FCST, and supply chain info with channel partners and end customers.
To work closely with Sales and Sales Administration team, and HQ Finance & Accounting to manage customers payment and financial status.
1. Strategic Business Growth:
Identify and engage with key public and private sector end customers with large-scale compute infrastructure needs.
Lead business development efforts for high-potential opportunities in Sovereign AI, national cloud/data initiatives, CSP infrastructure, and
enterprise digital transformation projects.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and strategic stakeholders.
2. Market Development:
Analyze regional trends, government agendas, and private sector investments related to AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
Develop and refine regional go-to-market strategies in coordination with HQ and country teams.
Support the creation of tailored value propositions and business cases for target customers.
3. Opportunity Management:
Lead early-stage opportunity engagement, from need identification to proposal development.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, technical, sales, and HQ) to support customized server solutions for large-scale deployments.
Drive and manage customer engagement pipelines with clear visibility on forecast and conversion.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with local sales, channel, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and deliverables.
Act as a regional voice-of-customer to influence product strategy and roadmap.
1. Be responsible for finished goods product, such as LCD Monitor, Wireless & Networking, Gaming gears. Development for Middle East market, based in Dubai/UAE or Tel Aviv/Israel.
2. Responsible the business result of the products and markets in charge, in terms of q’ty, revenue, and profit.
3. Manage product strategy from product planning, pricing to inventory & supply chain of each product line, to build strong brand position and market share.
4. Maintain and enhance customers’ relationship with local channel partners – Distributor, Retailer, Integrator and Dealer…etc, to grow overall business.
5. Coordinate with sales, marketing and service team to ensure channel penetration, high-quality product promotion, and after-sales service.
