a. 主動發覺顧客的需求和開發,執行公司的銷售策略
b. 對現有或新客戶提出設備行銷和服務內容及技術推廣
c. 負責國內業務接洽及訂單處理
d. 基本簡易的機台故障排除
2. 具同理心, 企圖心, 溝通協調能力,能獨立作業,陌生客戶開發
3. 能接受挑戰, 因應現在瞬息萬變的半導體產業環境
1. New customer creation and manage existing customer account
2. Demand creation and product promotion to increase revenue
3. Handle customer(s)' issues and requests
4. Communicate and drive understanding of customer needs.
5. Order and forecast management
6. Do effective negotiation and cooperation
7. Maintain customer relationship.

3. 負責客戶帳款核對及請款文件寄送
4. 負責客戶樣本寄送等後勤服務
5. 有效率的客戶服務與管理,以提升客戶滿意度
*Handling end to end business (customer forecast/order/delivery/AR management) independently.
*Respond to internal/external customer's complaint or issue with a sense of urgency and provide solution and improvement plan whenever possible.
*Maintain SOP and service standard and to achieve operational/financial goals with analytical skills to drive for continuously improvement.
*Proactively review related process and identify ways to improve efficiency.
