Role Overview
We are seeking a Paid Search Systems & Optimization expert to lead strategic efforts in campaign performance and platform behavior analysis. This role focuses on optimizing paid search campaigns for e-commerce and app installs, while developing scalable methodologies to influence system behavior, improve ad relevance, and enhance core performance metrics.
What You Will Do
Platform Expertise: Act as the internal authority on paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Apple Search Ads), with deep understanding of their algorithms and auction mechanics.
Strategy Development: Translate technical insights into actionable strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
Optimization Methodologies: Design and test advanced techniques to improve ad relevance, targeting precision, and campaign configuration.
Landing Page Optimization: Build processes that integrate technical SEO, UX, and conversion funnel efficiency with paid search strategies.
A/B Testing: Architect and manage experiments across creatives, extensions, and landing pages to identify performance improvements.
Automation & Scalability: Leverage platform features, automation rules, and APIs to build efficient, scalable campaign management systems.
Data Diagnostics: Conduct deep analysis of campaign data to uncover patterns, anomalies, and systemic inefficiencies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to implement tracking solutions and resolve data discrepancies.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing and optimizing complex paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
Proven success in handling large-scale budgets and intricate campaign structures across diverse product catalogs and user segments.
Demonstrated ability to analyze platform behavior, optimize landing pages, and improve ad relevance and Quality Score equivalents.
Deep understanding of paid search platform architecture and algorithmic influence on ad serving, bidding, and ranking.
Expertise in web analytics platforms and their integration with paid search data.
Preferred Qualifications
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and solving complex optimization challenges.
