Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Division: Industrial Quality Solutions
To provide applications support and metrology services tasks, such as product demo, contract measurement, training, programming, Turnkey projects, troubleshooting (via helpdesk, repairs, measurement tasks).
Providing technical support to Sales Managers in development of new business, and ongoing support of the current install base, predominantly in the industrial/manufacturing Sector.
This is a customer-facing role whose purpose is to help increase customer satisfaction, market share, brand strength, and success of Carl Zeiss in the Industrial Solutions Group, which encompasses both Industrial Metrology, and Industrial Microscopy business segments.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Strategically source facility operation related service with pre-defined SOW using output as measurement, managed by ADM department (cleaning service, landscaping service, pest control service, shuttle bus service, canteen service or total outsourced facility management service etc.)
• Strategically source Critical Facility maintenance & repair service (DTAP system, HVAC system, Fire system, HV Power supply, Elevator, CDA etc.)
• Strategically source process equipment maintenance & repair service
• Strategically source the 3rd party equipment and system calibration and inspection service
• Strategically source the mobile equipment maintenance or leasing service
• Develop and manage MRO service program with plant users and suppliers.
• Co-work with Capital / BSM and GSM team for synergy projects.

What We're Looking For 任職要求
• At least 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales coordination, administration, or related roles (vision care/optometry industry experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (Intermediate level or above)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, pressure resistance, service-oriented, and a team player
• Plus: Optometry-related background or optometrist license
