The Coordinator is responsible for project planning & administration related to our Networks and make sure to maintain a high level of consistency & quality throughout the collaboration with each partner.
The Coordinator consistently identifies and pursues opportunities to create added value for both the client and Human8. Within the team, the Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all requests for Professional Networks services, work in close collaboration with both the sales and implementation team and collaborate with external partners.
The position supports junior members of the team by coaching them on the job and support them where needed. The role will be part of Acquisition Centre of Excellence part of Networks Sourcing department contributing to our mission to build strong global networks of internal and external professionals and suppliers, and seamlessly integrate their services in the final client delivery.
[Responsibilities]
Project delivery support
• Involve (planning, briefing, etc.) internal and external resources.
• Responsible for handling structural projects allocations and high complexity requests
• Search for partners based on requested capabilities.
• Check availability & budget with partners.
• Communicate timings to the project manager.
• Follow-up budget approval by PST/CST teams
• Offer direct supportive services to Project Services Teams and Client Services Teams, offering extra capacity or capabilities.
• Offer indirect supportive services.
Pre-sales advice
• A business partner in pre-sales advice, come up with custom solutions for strategic projects.
• Handle requests for pricing and feasibility of client service teams.
• Manage administrative tasks in partners recruitment funnel: onboarding and registration in our tools, legal documents signing & follow-up.
• Assign partners to the necessary trainings.
• Use negotiated rate cards to advice pre-sales on using network services.
• Request bespoke proposals of partners.
• Develop and maintain knowledge bank of information on partner services, ready to plug-in into proposals.
Network management
• Develop and maintain relations with suppliers offering services, (in) directly supporting our market research services.
• Search new contacts via LinkedIn and market research associations.
• Keep track of networks partners performance.
• Organize feedback calls with network partners.
• Request feedback on supplier collaboration from internal client.
• Identify needs for improving existing networks of professionals.
• Contract the (new) partners and lay foundations for future collaboration.
• Educate and inform the networks on key essential elements (eg data privacy).
• Continuously improve the bonding & usage of networks.
• Ensure billability for internal resources.
Business support
• Provide the necessary induction and training for new acquisitions.
• Offer support for new acquisition in adjusting to change.
• Organize roll-out of networks usage.
• Identify needs for setting-up new networks.
• Proactively create standardized sales materials on networks, to enable best usage of the services.
• Anticipate business needs on in demand markets and proactively search for partners.
Finance
• The owner for reporting on the assigned network.
• Ensure PO process is followed within the team.
• Proactively propose solutions on improving cost control.
• Work closely with Finance department to develop reporting resources.
• Identify opportunities to negotiate better rates.
