2. 具備良好的溝通能力、解決問題能力、邏輯思維及跨部門協作能力
Excellent communication, problem-solving, logical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
3. 解決客戶問題、回應需求、有效率的管理客戶
Resolve customer inquiries, address their needs, and manage client accounts efficiently.
4. 具2年以上金融、客戶管理、或相關工作經驗佳
Preferably with 1+ year of experience in finance, account management, or related fields.
5. 熟悉並能有效操作公司内部系統,進行客戶資料管理與追蹤
Proficient in operating internal CRM systems to manage and track client information effectively.
