#About Us YEN TING CHO Studio produces unique artworks, installations and contemporary designs for luxury fashion accessories, interiors and exteriors. Our work blurs the boundaries between art, design and fashion. 
Established in east London in 2016, we moved into our Taipei studio HQ and public gallery in 2023. We also have a studio in London, with a publishing house (established in 2020). As we enter a new phase of our development, we are seeking partners to help us go expand our global reach and international partnerships. Our main projects this year include a major public art project for the new Taiwan Taoyuan Airport terminal, international exhibitions, creation of new artworks, product design and development, art curation, and art book publishing (related links https://bio.site/yentingcho). #工作內容 ・行政與文書作業：資料整理、文件建檔、帳務行政協助 ・顧客關係與接待支援：顧客來訪接待、訊息回覆、合作夥伴溝通 ・國內外窗口對接：英語信件撰寫與回覆、電話接聽與回應等 ・採購與總務支援：辦公用品採購、場地或設備聯繫協調 ・品牌社群與平台經營管理：支援社群經營與內容安排；支援管理銷售平台 ・訂單處理與出貨作業：支援網站後台管理、支援商品包裝與物流寄送 ・完成主管交辦事項與品牌日常營運或活動支援 上班時間週一到週五上午9點到下午6點，午休1小時。週休二日，如遇臨時活動及特殊狀況需要假日上班時，會再另外協調補休假。我們與國際夥伴合作，遠距溝通為常態，期許自由與自律並重。 #Job Description ・General administrative and clerical tasks: Data organization, document filing, and assistance with basic accounting and administrative duties ・Customer service and front desk support: Welcoming visitors, responding to inquiries, and communicating with partners and clients ・Domestic and international correspondence: Writing and replying to basic English emails for business communication ・Social media and platform management: Assisting with content planning and operation of social media channels; supporting the management of e-commerce platforms ・Order processing and shipping: Managing website backend, handling product packaging, and coordinating logistics and shipments ・Procurement and general affairs: Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors for space or equipment needs ・Support for daily operations, tasks or brand events assigned by supervisors Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. If temporary activities or special circumstances require working on holidays or weekends, additional leave will be coordinated. We cooperate with our London studio/press and many international partners; long-distance communication is the norm; our staff can expect a high degree of freedom which requires self-discipline.

Our main projects this year include a major public art project for the new Taiwan Taoyuan Airport terminal, international exhibitions, creation of new artworks, product design and development, art curation, and art book publishing (related links https://bio.site/yentingcho). #工作內容 ・協助規劃各項專案，撰寫企劃書、規劃時程與預算編列 ・準備申請文件、簡報製作及送件作業 ・擔任專案窗口，負責進度追蹤與內外部溝通協調 ・監督專案執行進度，確保品質、成本與風險控管 ・進行計畫變更管理、報告撰寫及風險評估 ・跨部門協作與定期召開專案會議，確保專案順利推動 ・負責結案、核銷及相關行政作業 ・完成主管交辦事項、支援與回報 上班時間週一到週五上午9點到下午6點，午休1小時。週休二日，如遇臨時活動及特殊狀況需要假日上班時，會再另外協調補休假。我們與國際夥伴合作，遠距溝通為常態，期許自由與自律並重。 #Job Description Project Management ・Assist in planning various projects, including proposal writing, scheduling, and budget planning. ・Prepare application documents, create presentations, and manage submission processes. ・Serve as the project liaison, responsible for progress tracking and internal/external communication and coordination. ・Supervise project execution to ensure quality, cost control, and risk management. ・Conduct change management, prepare reports, and perform risk assessments. ・Collaborate cross-functionally and hold regular project meetings to ensure smooth project implementation. ・Handle project closure tasks, including reimbursements and relevant administrative procedures. ・Complete assignments from supervisors, provide support, and report project progress. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Our main projects this year include a major public art project for the new Taiwan Taoyuan Airport terminal, international exhibitions, creation of new artworks, product design and development, art curation, and art book publishing (related links https://bio.site/yentingcho). #工作內容 Marketing & Public Relations ・負責公共關係事務、中英文新聞稿／文案議題/計畫書的規劃、撰寫和發佈追蹤。 ・獨立或協同規劃並推動各項行銷活動及品牌各式專案，協助提升品牌價值 。 ・熟悉行銷及FB廣告操作、SEO關鍵字行銷、口碑操作等，創造或跟進時事熱門話題，提升公司曝光率及點閱率。 ・負責網路社群經營操作、Facebook粉絲專頁、IG經營與互動、LINE等社群平台內容文案撰寫。 ・電子報、EDM及各種宣傳文案的設計、製作與發送。 ・代理商、供應商與合作夥伴等，對外溝通維繫與商業洽談。 ・規劃並執行創意行銷與活動，從活動構思到落地推動，確保各項成果符合品牌調性與標準 。 上班時間週一到週五上午9點到下午6點，午休1小時。週休二日，如遇臨時活動及特殊狀況需要假日上班時，會再另外協調補休假。我們與國際夥伴合作，遠距溝通為常態，期許自由與自律並重。 #Job Description Marketing & Public Relations ・Responsible for public relations affairs, including planning, drafting, issuing, and tracking both Chinese and English press releases, copywriting topics, and proposals. ・Independently or collaboratively plan and execute various marketing campaigns and brand projects to enhance brand value. ・Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including Facebook Ads, SEO, and word-of-mouth marketing; able to create or leverage trending topics to increase brand exposure and engagement. ・Manage and operate social media platforms, including writing and publishing content for Facebook fan pages, Instagram, LINE, and other community channels. ・Design, produce, and distribute promotional materials such as newsletters, EDMs, and other marketing content. ・Handle external communications and maintain relationships with agencies, suppliers, and business partners. ・Plan and implement creative marketing initiatives and events, from ideation to execution, ensuring outcomes align with brand identity and standards. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Our main projects this year include a major public art project for the new Taiwan Taoyuan Airport terminal, international exhibitions, creation of new artworks, product design and development, art curation, and art book publishing (related links https://bio.site/yentingcho) . #工作內容 ・協助專案推動與時程控管，並負責追蹤執行狀況，隨時掌控進度。 ・協助經營策略分析、資料收集、整合規劃、推動與執行。 ・事務處理 : 負責文書處理、文件追蹤、資料彙整與檔案管理。 ・擔任利害關係者間的橋樑，協助解決問題，促進資訊流通。 ・總監室綜合業務。 ・協助公司日常運營。 ・制定並優化招募流程，進行人才甄選與面談安排。 ・支援新進人入職流程與優化制度設計，建立完善的新人導入機制。 ・與主管們協作，共同制定全人力資源規劃，支援企業策略目標。 ・了解台灣勞動基準法及相關法令，確保人事制度合法合規。 ・結合藝術設計與創意時尚產業特色，組織團隊建設活動與逐步完善福利方案 ・推動成員關懷與激勵計畫，提升參與度，創造具吸引力的文化與環境。 上班時間週一到週五上午9點到下午6點，午休1小時。週休二日，如遇臨時活動及特殊狀況需要假日上班時，會再另外協調補休假。我們與國際夥伴合作，遠距溝通為常態，期許自由與自律並重。 #Job Description ・Serve as primary liaison between colleagues, help solve problems, and promote information flow. ・Assist with project planning, development, and promotion.   ・Assist with strategy analysis, data collection, integrated planning, promotion, and execution. ・Responsible for document tracking, data compilation, and file management. ・Undertake tasks for the director ・Operative and related tasks. ・Develop and optimize recruitment processes, including talent selection and interview arrangements. ・Support onboarding procedures and improve onboarding system design to establish a comprehensive orientation mechanism for new hires. ・Understand and implement Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act and related regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant and lawful. ・Organize team-building activities and enhance employee benefits by incorporating the characteristics of the art, design, and creative fashion industries. ・Drive employee engagement and incentive programs to boost participation and foster an attractive workplace culture. ・Collaborate with management to formulate comprehensive HR planning aligned with corporate strategic goals.

#工作內容 主要參與設計與製造，包括但不限於品牌圖案設計、藝術品設計、產品設計、視覺傳達等。同時也會參與到桃園國際機場第三航廈登機廊廳公共藝術案的計畫案，除了協助設計執行外，也會需要定期到現場與施工團隊和廠商溝通。 #條件需求 建築設計、工業設計、空間及產品設計相關科系畢業，具備基礎工程繪圖與溝通能力、AutoCAD 操作與讀圖能力。熟悉 Adobe 軟體、3D 建模和渲染（不限軟體，Rhino 與 Grasshopper 尤佳），熟悉手工具操作，具備常見材料特性的知識與產品加工、數位製造經驗。設計過程會接觸到基礎程式撰寫，有基本程式編寫能力尤佳。 我們的案子不斷以新的創作方式去面對國際的挑戰，需要開闊的思考，抗壓性高、樂於溝通與研發的特質以及英語溝通能力，有企圖心，去證明新的可能。
