GTM/MERCHANDISING: • Own’s Planning and execution of Local GTM end to end Process: Range Introduction, Pre-line Handover, Business Review, Local Sales Launch. • Own’s Omnichannel Master Range Planning Responsibilities for all Wilson BA’s inclusive of Range Architecture, Master Ranges, Merchandising Strategies, Channel Distribution, Pricing, Local Master Line List manager. • Support own D2C channels (ECOM and Retail) in assortment planning, new store opening, new product launch, promotions etc. • Supports B2B Team in Strategic/Pre-line & Sell In meetings with Key Priority Accounts. • Support Key Accounts in Sell-Through activities like new store opening, new product launch, promotions 3.) CHANNEL/MARKET/COMPETITOR ANALYSIS: • Ownership and Expert of Consumer and Competitor in TW&SEA market for specified categories • Preparation & Analysis of Market share data and Local TW&SEA Market • Consumer/Commercial data to identify growth opportunities and influence decision making. 4.) FORECASTING/DEMAND PLANNING/INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: • Own’s seasonal Forecasting Process – working cross-functionality with B2B & Supply Planning functions to deliver accurate seasonal demand plans. • Monitors overall Inventory on Monthly Basis and takes appropriate action to manage inventory levels. 5.) REPORTING: • Sell-in and Sell-through report for channel/market on BU/Category/Product level • Inputs required data/information into regional and global QBR 6.) REGIONAL MERCHANDISE INITIATIVES • Support regional brand head in merchandise initiatives, including but not limited to regional price analysis, regional product development etc. Role Qualifications  5-8 years of experience in merchandising in Sports equipment/ apparel/ ftw industry  Bachelor’s degree or above  Strong Communication, report &analysis skill  Strong business sense and result oriented.  Strong Sense of responsibility  Fluent in English  Passion for tennis or sports  Proficient in Microsoft Office software, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel  Retail relative experience including product merchandising, sales analysis, stock control, product development etc.  High communication skill, friendly, each to approach  Responsible and initiative  Good sense of visual merchandising is a plus

Key Responsibilities: • Manages the development and commercialization operations of a defined range of products, acting as an extension of the HQ Project Manager • Ensure product is developed to cost targets. We are currently seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst that can master data management for Wilson’s sustainability strategy. This person will improve and perfect data collection, analysis, and integrity across environmental categories, such as emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3), energy, waste, water, packaging, and life cycle assessments and will work closely with the Wilson Sustainability Director to support environmental reporting (i.e. annual Wilson Impact Report, internal reporting) for internal and external stakeholders, following GRI standards. The data analyst will bring insights and ideas to the table while developing data collection and reporting methods in line with industry best practices. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) & Eco-Design • Conduct product LCAs using established methodologies and tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards (PEF, ISO 14040/44, etc.). • Model and evaluate eco-design scenarios to assess environmental impacts and identify improvement opportunities. • Support the integration of LCA insights into product development and packaging decisions. Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting & Environmental Data Management • Collect, validate, and analyze site-level environmental data, including energy, water, waste, and emissions (experience with Sphera is a plus). • Prepare GHG inventories in alignment with the GHG Protocol, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and transparency. • Collaborate with site managers and operations teams to improve data quality and close gaps. • Work with stakeholders across the company to identify, track, manage, and report on our Scope 1,2, and 3 emissions data. • Conduct environmental footprint analysis, working with internal and external partners to calculate our overall carbon footprint. Tools & Systems • Maintain and optimize sustainability data dashboards for reporting and internal decision-making. • Utilize LCA software (experience with Glimpact is a plus) to conduct product impact assessments. • Work with internal stakeholders to streamline data collection processes across business units. • Managing the development of processes, tools, and infrastructure required to manage and track all sustainability data.
