How You Contribute Define Taiwan markets e-commerce growth strategies with brands key stakeholders to address local market growth opportunities: roadmap, ecommerce platforms, key business drivers and targets Directly supervise and manage brand e-commerce team to ensure sales and profitability results Set up and track KPIs across different functions and brands Accountable for developing and integrating the e-commerce operation strategies: Product assortment, digital marketing, inventory management, data analytics, IT systems, Consumer Service and etc. Coordinate with internal and external support services to successfully implement the roadmap, manage and negotiate with external partners. Ensure alignment with all B2C/B2B strategies, coordinate with brands Key partner of Brand key business leaders to drive the direct / indirect e-commerce results Role Qualifications MBA / Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Business/ E-Commerce, or equivalent 5 - 7 yrs experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, experience in retail will be a plus Ability to work in a matrix environment. Deep functional skill in all aspects of e-commerce and digital marketing of Taiwan market Business and commercial acumen, Strong Business finance understanding Leadership and influence, Strong negotiation skills Interpersonal, collaboration & networking skills Ability to thrive within a complex matrix organization, managing ambiguity Fluent communication skills in English
